100 POINTS!!!!! There are no right or wrong answers! All I ask is that you spend about 20 minutes writing your thoughts about the prompt. You'll need at least two paragraphs to get credit, but you can certainly do more than that. : ) Prompt: What would the world be like without singing? Describe in detail what it would look like, sound like and feel like.

Answers

Answer 1

Answer:

Written from my POV, and these are entirely my opinions.

Explanation:

In my opinion, a world without singing, would be bland and depressing. Singing is a way to get emotions and feeling out, as well as a form of entertainment. Even in the Bible, singing was a form of praising God, and worshiping him. We are told to 'raise our voices and praise Him' this encourages singing. Before 900 A.D, people were said to have sung information to each other in a better way to remember it, so it could be transferred from one place to another.

I feel that a world without singing would be so very quiet and awkward. I am currently listening to music, with someone singing, while I write this. Some people feel the need to sing because they have suppressed emotions, and singing is a positive way to release them. Also, singing is fun! Especially in front of a crowd! As a singer myself, while I'm singing I am happy, singing makes me feel as if I have a purpose, and everyone needs a purpose. As for what the world would sound like, when running, I listen to music because I'd rather not listen to cars going by, or the children at the park. I want to focus on my run, and listen to music that boosts my mood.

(really had no clue what to write...I started writing then lost all motivation, sorry about that...hope this helps with whatever you needed!!)

for fingers to arrive at the bass strings first

Answers

Answer:

Explanation:

For fingers to arrive at the strings in finger number order.

Your goal when changing chords is for all fingers to arrive at the strings at the same time. (Option A)

How  is this so?

This ensures that the chord is formed smoothly and without any gaps or muted strings.

By synchronizing the arrival of all fingers, you achieve a clean and coordinated sound.

It is important to practice chord transitions to develop muscle memory and improve the speed and accuracy of changing chords.

A chord transition refers to the act of changing from one chord to another smoothly and seamlessly during music performance.

how do i get better at art

Answers

Answer:

Practice makes perfect

Explanation:

You need to practice practice practice, and maybe watch some videos to help you.

Hope this helps!

Answer:. Go draw something. Repeat.

Practice leads to improvement. You won’t get any better unless you engage in the attempt. The more you draw the more confident you’ll become.

2. Look at drawings.

Whether simple line drawings or meticulously detailed renderings, you can learn a lot from looking at the work of others. How did they use line and shape? How did they shade?

3. Draw from drawings.

This may sound peculiar, but what can you learn by copying a Da Vinci or Michaelangelo sketch? Tons. Learn from the masters by copying them. Really. They won’t mind.

4. Draw from photographs.

For many, it’s easier to reproduce an image that’s already two-dimensional than to reproduce an actual object, person or environment. When you’re working from photos, look at edges, shapes and angles. Don’t trace. Draw. Keep in mind that many photographs include distorted shapes, scale, and proportions. Use photos as reference, but pursue accurate proportions.

5. Draw from life.

If you’re just starting out, pick simple objects and work your way up to complex ones. Go ahead and try your and at drawing people and your pets. Draw your furniture and your living spaces. Do you enjoy coffee? Draw your coffee cup. Here’s a challenge: draw your hand. Hands and feet are the most complex parts of your anatomy and are readily available subject matter. If you can master these, you’ll pretty much be able to draw anything.

6. Take a class or wach videos

A class will keep you accountable. A teacher will correct your weaknesses. Watching others draw is immensely beneficial for building your own observational skills. Where do you find a class? Check your local university extension, community adult school, YMCA or community college. Another source is your local art supply store, where artists post notices of drawing meet-ups, uninstructed sessions with models, or private instruction.7. Keep a sketchbook. Meaning, keep it with you, open it up and work at filling it. It will serve as a reminder to grab your pencil or pen and do some drawing. For your convenience, I’ve included links to some of my recommended drawing gear — pencils, pens, sketchbook, and figure mannequin — in this article.

When you draw, you’re taking time to look at

something to analyze it and reproduce it.

8. Be intentional. This is the hardest thing, because if you want to improve at anything, you must decide to do it. You need to make a commitment and even schedule regular time in your week or your day to pursue drawing. In order to become better at it you need to make a habit of it.

Utilizing a song's key signature is the quickest way to determine its key. The key of the song can be determined by counting the sharps and flats in the key signature. The key of C has a key signature without any sharps or flats.

How many beats does a 16-note receive?

One beat is equal to four sixteenth notes, so a sixteenth note receives one-fourth of a beat. They have two flags, a stem, and a notehead that is filled in.

A key in music refers to the major or minor scale that a piece of music is based on. A song's major scale serves as its foundation. Based on a minor scale, a song is composed in a minor key. Seven notes make up the C major scale: C, D, E, F, G, A, and B. These notes are the foundation of any song played in the "key of C major."

(Q007) Renaissance artist Michelangelo painted the figures directly on the Sistine
Chapel ceiling without any preliminary sketches.

Answers

It is false that Renaissance artist Michelangelo painted the figures directly on the Sistine Chapel ceiling without any preliminary sketches.

This is because it is a known fact that Michelangelo originally used a sketch drawing to prepare the details and structures before he eventually painted the figures on the Sistine Chapel ceiling.

This is based on the evidence or manuscripts found by the popular architectural historian Adriano Marinazzo.

The manuscripts reveal the sketch used by Michelangelo in 1508 before painting the Sistine Chapel ceiling between the years 1508 and 1512.

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that Renaissance artist Michelangelo used preliminary sketches before painting the figures directly on the Sistine Chapel ceiling.
