The school administration ensured that all teaching personnel held at least one master's degree in the fields they taught. This has helped my school's academic performance in a variety of ways. During lessons, it's as if you're listening to a modern-day Albert Einstein. Lectures are usually participatory, and you wouldn't want to leave during lecture hours.
The usage of modern educational facilities is another factor that has contributed to my school's academic achievement. Going to school is like being in heaven. There are three libraries, twelve computer rooms, and four laboratories; in fact, our school recently bought a fish pond that can house a variety of fish species.
